2005 Inkworks : Smallville Season Four Premium Trading Cards
Smallville Season Four Premium Trading Cards were released by Inkworks on October 26, 2005. Each box contains 36 packs of with 7 cards per pack. There are 10
boxes per case. Packs originally retailed for $2.29 each.
Season four of Smallville premiered on The WB Television Network on
September 22, 2004. The critically acclaimed series starred Tom Welling as an
adolescent Clark Kent in his adopted Kansas hometown. Smallville
aired for 10 seasons until May 13, 2011.
Each box includes one autograph card or redemption card. "Pieceworks" cards
feature show-worn costume memorabilia from season four. One "Pieceworks"
insert card is included in each box. A limited "Pieceworks" card autographed
by Michael Rosenbaum as Lex Luthor was available to retailers as a
multi-case incentive.
Inkworks released a collector album binder for that retailed for $19.95. A
limited edition uncut sheet of the "Lois & Clark" puzzle numbered to 199
was sold on the Inkworks website for $69.95.
Inkworks also released trading card sets for Smallville seasons

5, and
6. Cryptozoic
Entertainment released a single set encompassing
seasons 7-10.
Erica Durance first appeared as
Lois Lane in the
season four episode "Crusade." In 2020, Tom Welling and Erica Durance reprised
their roles as Clark and Lois in The CW
"Crisis on Infinite Earths"
crossover event.
