DC Comics Super Heroes Collectible Cards were distributed by Nature
Made Nutritional Products from 1990–1992. The twelve-card series features illustrations from the 1982 DC Comics Style Guide penciled by José Luis García-López and inked by Dick Giordano. Each card image is copyrighted 1982.
One card was was included with specially marked bottles of Superman Children's Chewable Vitamins. The vitamins are shaped like the pentagonal Superman emblem. There were three "Great Tasting" fruit flavors available in red, yellow, and blue.

Each card measures approximately 2.25 x 3.5 inches, more narrow than a standard
trading card. The back of each card contains a short character biography.
Superman, Clark Kent,
Lois Lane, Lex
Luthor, and
Supergirl are
featured in the series. "Limited Mint Edition" sheets are hand-numbered to
250 copies.

The Superman card was included with membership kits for the Superman Vitamins
"Kids of Steel Team." Members could join by mailing one proof of purchase and
a check or money order for $6.75.
