2023–24 Upper Deck : DC Annual Inaugural Edition
DC Annual Inaugural Edition Trading Cards are scheduled for
release on January 6, 2025. The collection is exclusive to brick and mortar
stores. Distributor presale orders are available until October 27, 2024.
The series is comprised of 100 base cards and 100 Variant Cover cards. An insert card is included in each
pack. Rare inserts include Crystal Clear Plexi cards, hologram parallels #/24, original sketch
cards, sketch booklets, and Creator's Corner Signatures. The signers include Superman creators Nicola Scott, Tom King, Tom Taylor, and Mark Waid.
Retail blaster boxes contain 6 packs with 5 cards per pack. Blaster boxes include Blue base parallel cards. Hobby boxes contain 16 packs with 5 cards per pack. On average, each hobby box contains 6 Variant Cover cards, 4 Silver Sparkle parallel cards, a Titans 3-D lenticular, a Knight Terror card, and a Backscatter sticker card.
Superman appears on Upper Deck DC Preview cards that were sold exclusively on the Upper Deck e-Pack website
from June 13–20, 2024.
Fleer/SkyBox
previously distributed DC Comics and Superman trading cards from
1991–1997. The
Fleer and SkyBox brands were acquired by The Upper Deck Company in 2005. Upper Deck Entertainment produced DC Comics sets and expansions for the Vs. System trading card game from 2004–2007.
