2023 Wendy's : DC Universe Mini Figures & Cards

DC Universe Mini Figures & Cards were available at participating Wendy's locations in the United States from September 4, 2023, until November 21, 2023. The series features 18 different DC Comics heroes and villains. Customers received one box with the purchase of each Wendy's Kids' Meal. Each blind box contains three figures and three collector cards. Each mini card measures 1.75 x 2.5 inches. Each mini figure is available in four different colors: red, blue, green, and purple. The rubber mini figures are similar to Japanese Kinkeshi and M.U.S.C.L.E. toys.

The series was produced by Strottman International. The characters were designed and illustrated by Matt Kaufenberg. The inking and character backgrounds were done by Chris Lee. The mini figures were sculpted by Bigshot Toyworks. On September 14, 2023, Bigshot Toyworks previewed a glow-in-the-dark Batman figure and foil-stamped trading card.

Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products and DC Entertainment partnered with Wendy's to support the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. The 2023 DC Super Heroes Boo! Books were available at participating U.S. locations from September 4 to October 31, 2023. Each $1 booklet contains five coupons for a free Jr. Frosty treat, plus a sixth bonus $1.99 Kids' Meal coupon. The coupons were valid through December 31, 2023. The next edition of Boo! Books will be released in September 2024.

For each Boo! Book sold, 90 cents was donated to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. Boo! Books were also sold in bulk online directly through the Foundation. The 2023 coupons feature Wendy's Frosty characters dressed as DC Super Heroes: Batman, The Flash, Green Lantern Jessica Cruz, Superman, and Wonder Woman.

Pre-orders for DC Boo! Books collectibles began on August 4, 2023, from Elk Promotions, Inc. Three different t-shirts featuring Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman were available in limited quantities. "Hall of Justice Halloween Party" Boo! Books sticker sheets were sold separately for 85 cents each. The sticker sheet features thirteen different Frosty characters. The Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman designs also appear in a three-piece lapel pin set.
